Nowadays, as the role of library has changed from merely a book keeper to a more vibrant hub, whether a library understands its users and their needs has become a key to its success. My responsibility is to leverage UX techniques to answer the question how people interact with the library resources ; and to re-design the information kiosk to tackle user's pain points and support the self-service needs.
